Before you fill out the form here are some tips to remember:
1) Keep your username short(ish). For example you could use your first and last names together: johnsmith or your first name and company name: johndublinhardware
2) Don’t use spaces between words. It’s johnsmith not john smith
3) If you want a gap between two names use an underscore: john_smith or john_dublin_hardware
